There was no need to procrastinate on my choice of solicitor when I chose to sell my Cambridge house and buy another property out of the city.  To move was a difficult decision but the company had acted for me on previous occasions, and I was confident in their expertise.  Whilst the sale was relatively easily settled, the purchase proved to be lengthy and at times problematic.   Fortunately, my purchaser was prepared to wait. I have had experience of selling several houses over the years. I can honestly say that I have never employed a property lawyer who worked so fast and effectively as Louie de Simone at Shelbournes. He operates mainly by email, attaching relevant documents and mail to the buyer's lawyers so that the procedure is transparent.
