Whether you are a first-time buyer or a developer, our team at Shelbournes Property Lawyers has the necessary expertise to ensure you get the best possible professional service in the quickest and most cost-effective manner. We believe that, at the core of every transaction, the client should understand what is happening; otherwise, we have not done our job properly. Despite being a smaller firm, we have a large client list, which spans most of the UK. We are comfortable with all types of transactions and welcome new instructions no matter what they may be. The team is led by Louie De Simone and Miles Shelbourne, who both have an excellent reputation in the local market among estate agents, surveyors, businesses, and individual clients. We have had some of our clients for over 30 years.
